Receiving Instructions

• Mix and butter ship fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store mix at room temperature for up to 18 months.
• Store butter unopened at room temperature for up to 48 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 6 weeks.

Preparation Instructions

Ingredients

• Quick bread mix (included)
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted
• 2 eggs, room temperature
• 1 cup (250ml) milk, room temperature

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray 8" x 4" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
• In medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs and milk until combined. Add quick bread mix and stir until just combined – do not overmix. Pour batter in prepared loaf pan and smooth top with spatula.
• Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approx. 50–55 minutes.
• Remove pan from oven and let quick bread cool for 10 minutes on wire rack.
• Using parchment paper, remove quick bread from pan and serve warm, or let it cool completely on rack.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.

Gluten-Free Quick Bread Mix, Spiced Pecan Pumpkin

• Sugar, pumpkin powder (pumpkin, silicon dioxide), white rice flour, brown rice flour, chopped pecans, potato starch, tapioca starch, oat flour, waxy rice flour, non-GMO yellow corn flour, ground cinnamon, baking soda, sea salt, organic gum blend (organic guar gum, organic locust bean gum), organic ginger root, organic ground cloves, organic ground nutmeg.
• Contains tree nuts (pecans).
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with eggs, dairy, sesame, soy, tree nuts (pecans, almonds, coconut).

Caramel Pumpkin Butter

• Pumpkin, cane sugar, brown sugar (sugar, cane syrups), lemon juice concentrate, caramel flavor, vanilla flavor, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, salt, citric acid.
