In that tradition, our exclusive blend combines garlic and onion and dark brown cane sugar with black, red and cayenne pepper. Applewood smoke and hops lend a smokehouse-style finish. Prep is simple – just rub onto beef or poultry, then grill, roast, broil or panfry as usual.

Receiving Instructions

• Store at room temperature for up to 18 months.

• Smoked sea salt, sugar, spices (black pepper, mustard, red pepper, thyme, cumin), dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, paprika (color), dried beer extract (maltodextrin, beer [malted barley, hops, yeast]), smoked paprika (color and flavor).
