• Our slow-simmered sauce makes it fast and easy to create your own version of Garlic Chicken. Expertly crafted with savory chicken stock, soy sauce, garlic and red chili, the time-saving blend is ideal with chicken but also works well with shrimp or tofu. Prep is simple – just sauté the sauce with a cooked protein and vegetables, then serve with rice or noodles.

Receiving Instructions

• Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months. Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days.
• Shake before use.

Preparation Instructions

• In large fry pan, sear chicken, shrimp, tofu or vegetables until lightly browned. Add sauce to taste and simmer until chicken, shrimp, tofu or vegetables are cooked through. If necessary, add a few Tbs. of water to thin out sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallions, if desired.
• Sauce is also delicious as a marinade, or topped over steamed vegetables.

• Water, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt, lactic acid), brown sugar, garlic, seasoned rice vinegar (rice vinegar, sugar, salt, water), canola oil, ginger, cornstarch, chicken stock concentrate (water, dried chicken stock, salt, carrot stock, celery stock, gelatin, onion stock, chicken fat, chicken, chicken skin, tapioca starch, natural flavor), granulated garlic, red chili flakes.
• Contains soy, wheat/gluten.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, shellfish (shrimp), fish (sardines, anchovy), sesame, tree nuts (almonds, walnuts, coconuts), peanuts, mustard.
