It's a refreshing combination of tender raspberries and organic strawberries. Prep is simple – just mix the starter with half-and-half and heavy cream, pour it into an ice cream maker and freeze.

Receiving Instructions

• Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months. See best before date on packaging.

Preparation Instructions

• 1 package gelato starter (included)
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 3 cups half-and-half (cold)

Using Ice Cream/Gelato Machine: Pour gelato mix into large container and add half-and-half. Mix thoroughly with spoon until sugar dissolves. Pour mix into ice cream/gelato container of machine. Turn on machine and churn for 40 minutes (please follow instructions on machine model).

Without Machine: Pour mix into bowl of electric stand mixer, add half-and-half and mix until sugar dissolves, approx. 2–3 minutes. Pour into ice cream/gelato container. Every 30 minutes, break frozen surface and mix for 30 seconds by hand with whisk or in mixer set on low speed. Return to freezer. Repeat until desired texture, approx. 5 hours.
