Preparation Instructions

Garlic Parmesan & Herb Mashed Potato Seasoning

• Cook 3 lb. peeled russet or Yukon Gold potatoes until tender, then rice or mash them. In medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine 1 2/3 cups half-and-half, 10 Tbs. unsalted butter and mashed potato seasoning. Heat until butter melts, then whisk until smooth, slightly thickened and simmering, approx. 2–3 minutes. Stir butter mixture along with kosher salt and pepper into potatoes. Let mixture stand for 2 minutes. Serve warm.

Classic Turkey Gravy Base

• In saucepan, combine one part gravy base with one part milk. Whisk over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a simmer. If desired, whisk in homemade stock, pan drippings or dry sherry to taste. Serve warm.

• Parmesan cheese (milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, disodium phosphate), garlic, sour cream powder (sour cream [cultured cream, nonfat milk]), salt, cellulose, Parmesan cheese flavor (maltodextrin, whey solids, natural Parmesan cheese flavor, salt), black pepper, contains 2% or less of: chives, thyme, citric acid.
• Contains dairy.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, sesame, soy, tree nuts (almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, chestnuts, coconut, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, pistachios, walnuts), wheat/gluten, mustard.

Classic Turkey Gravy Base:

• Water, cornstarch, turkey flavor (chicken broth, turkey broth salt, natural flavor), turkey broth flavor (turkey broth, salt, flavor), turkey fat, salt, caramel color, lactic acid.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, dairy, fish, shellfish, sesame, mustard.
