• Store unopened at room temperature for up to 24 months. Refrigerate after opening and use within 2 months.

Preparation Instructions

• Our demi-glace is a classic blend of chicken stock, aromatic vegetables and seasonings, gently reduced over many hours to ensure deep, rich flavor. Just a spoonful or two adds a savory finishing touch to everything from sauces and soups to braises, pastas, risottos and stir-fries.

• Chicken stock, mirepoix stock (carrot, celery and onion stocks), roasted chicken stock, dried chicken stock, modified food starch, water, gelatin, salt, white wine, chicken fat.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, soy.
