RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Brine ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store at room temperature in cool, dark place for up to 24 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Season meat with brine several hours before roasting or grilling (no brining bags or additional liquid required).

• Salt, spices (black pepper, rosemary, fennel, thyme, marjoram), maple sugar, onion, bourbon flavor powder (dextrose, natural flavors), garlic, 2% or less of smoke flavor.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, sesame, soy, tree nuts (almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, macadamia nuts, pecans, pistachios, walnuts, coconut), wheat/gluten, mustard.
