This collection showcases three of the bakery's moist, delicious tea loaves, prepared by hand using fresh ingredients and premium spices, including Sri Lankan cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla. Enjoy them for breakfast, brunch or with afternoon tea.
• Morning Glory: Wholesome ingredients like apples, carrots and coconut add great flavor and texture, while sunflower seeds on top create a bit of crunch.
• Lemon Yogurt: Tender yogurt cake is soaked in fresh lemon juice syrup after baking for bright citrusy flavor, then topped with lemon glaze.
• Banana Walnut: Sour cream and Costa Rican bananas make this loaf super-moist, while a sprinkling of crushed walnuts adds hearty crunch.

Receiving Instructions

• Loaves ship frozen without ice packs to arrive chilled.
• Upon receipt, store at room temperature for up to 2 days or in freezer for up to 2 months.

Preparation Instructions

• Loaves are best served at room temperature or gently warmed.
• If frozen, remove approx. 1–2 hours before serving.
• If desired, warm thawed loaves in 350°F oven for 10–15 minutes.

• Morning Glory Loaf: Fresh carrots, unbleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), granulated sugar, apples (apples, ascorbic acid, citric acid), eggs, canola oil, sunflower seeds, coconut (coconut, sugar, propylene glycol, salt, sodium metabisulfite), baking soda, pure vanilla, salt, cinnamon.
• Lemon Yogurt Loaf: Granulated sugar, whole milk yogurt (cultured pasteurized grade-A milk and cream, condensed skim milk, pectin), unbleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), eggs, canola oil, lemon juice, powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), lemon zest (lemon peel, sugar, lemon oil), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), salt, pure vanilla.
• Banana Walnut Loaf: Bananas (bananas, ascorbic acid), unbleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), granulated sugar, canola oil, walnuts, eggs, sour cream (cultured milk, cultured cream, whey, modified cornstarch, sodium phosphate, guar gum, carrageenan, calcium sulfate, cultured dextrose, potassium sorbate [preservative], locust bean gum, gluten-free), baking soda, pure vanilla, salt, cinnamon.
