• Raclette Milledome: This French raclette cheese is produced from pasteurized cow's milk and aged at least eight weeks. Exceptionally creamy and flavorful, with notes of fruit, it melts to perfect texture. (1/4 wheel; 1 lb. 8 oz.)
• Maestri Black Forest Schinken: Traditionally crafted in Germany's Black Forest region, this lean, full-flavored schinken is made from European pork, sea salt and natural spices, and smoked over fir wood, matured for at least 12 weeks and then thinly sliced. (4 trays; 12 oz. total)
• Salame Piacentino DOP: This exceptional Italian salame is crafted in the city of Piacenza using pastured heritage hog breeds and methods passed down over centuries. The hand-selected ham is seasoned with peppercorns, garlic and red wine and cured for at least 45 days to reach its signature rich, complex flavor. (3 trays; 9 oz. total)
• Edmond Fallot Whole Grain Mustard: Established in 1840, Edmond Fallot is the last family-owned mustard mill in Burgundy. Hearty, rustic and pungent, this definitive French whole-grain mustard holds its own with flavorful raclette and is a delicious addition to sandwiches, salad dressings and marinades. (7.2 oz.)
• Edmond Fallot Cornichons: The Fallot family's signature cornichons are sweet and tangy, with herbal notes and a refreshing brininess that complements creamy cheese and rich charcuterie. (9 oz.)
• Le Bontà del Casale Semi Sec "Ciliegino" Cherry Tomatoes in Oil: Traditionally crafted in Puglia, these semi-dried cherry tomatoes are refreshing, subtly sweet and packed in oil with herbs and spices. (6.35 oz.)

Receiving Instructions

• Bundle ships chilled with gel packs.
• Upon receipt, immediately store cheese, schinken and salame in refrigerator for up to 14 days. Cheese is best stored in a vegetable bin or container away from refrigerator fan. We recommend leaving cheese in packaging as it comes to room temperature to prevent oxidation, which may affect flavor.
• Store cornichons and mustard at room temperature for up to 6 months. Once opened, enjoy within 2 months.

• Raclette Milledome: Pasteurized cow's milk, salt, lactic starters, microbial rennet, natamycin on rind.
• Maestri Black Forest Schinken: Pork, salt, spices, natural flavors, sodium nitrite, potassium nitrite, fir tree smoke.
• Salame Piacentino DOP: Pork, salt, dextrose, sodium ascorbate, spice (black peppercorn), sodium nitrite, potassium nitrite, lactic acid starter culture.
• Edmond Fallot Cornichons: Gherkins (potassium metabisulfite [preservative]), water, vinegar, onions, salt, tarragon, yellow mustard seeds, coriander seeds, natural flavors, calcium chloride (firming agent).
• Edmond Fallot Whole Grain Mustard: Water, mustard seeds, white wine (16.7%), vinegar, salt, mustard seed husks, sugar, spices.
• Le Bontà del Casale Semi Sec "Ciliegino" Cherry Tomatoes in Oil: Cherry tomatoes, sunflower oil, aromatic herbs, spices, salt, citric acid.
