Receiving Instructions

• Ham ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.

Preparation Instructions

• If frozen, thaw unopened in refrigerator for 24 hours. 
• Ham is fully cooked and needs only warming in oven before serving.
• Preheat oven to 250°F.
• Remove plastic from ham and cover in foil.
• Place foil-wrapped ham in pan and warm in preheated oven for 45–60 minutes or until warm. Do not overheat.

• Ham: Smoked ham cured with water, sugar, salt, potassium lactate, brown sugar, sodium phosphates, sodium diacetates, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate.
• Glaze: Honey, sugar, cinnamon, clove.
