Her Meyer lemon curd gets it vibrant flavor from lemon juice, zest and oil, and its silky richness from plenty of butter and egg yolks. Receiving Instructions

• Scones ship frozen to arrive chilled. Upon receipt, remove from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 6 weeks.
• Store unopened lemon curd at room temperature. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 months.

Preparation Instructions

Frozen Scones:

• Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap and place frozen scones on baking sheet. Heat for 20 minutes.
• Microwave: Heat frozen scones for 45 seconds or completely warmed.

Thawed Scones:

• Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap and place thawed scones on baking sheet. Heat for 10–12 minutes.
• Microwave: Heat thawed scones for 30–45 seconds or until completely warmed.

Serving Instructions

• Scones are best enjoyed warm.
• Store leftover scones in airtight container at room temperature and enjoy within 5 days.

• Cream Scones: Unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), heavy whipping cream, pure cane sugar, baking powder, turbinado sugar, kosher salt.
• Just Jan's Meyer Lemon Curd: Pure cane sugar, water, Meyer lemon juice concentrate, egg yolks, butter (sweet cream), cornstarch, lemon peel, natural fruit pectin, lemon oil.
• Contains wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, sesame, soy, tree nuts, wheat/gluten.
