• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Pancake Ingredients

• 2 cups (283g) Williams Sonoma Chocolate Chip Pancake & Waffle Mix
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 4 Tbs. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
• 2/3 cup milk

Pancake Instructions

• In large bowl, whisk together mix, egg, butter and milk until batter is almost smooth. Do not overmix.
• Preheat griddle to medium high. Lightly grease with vegetable oil or nonstick cooking spray. Wipe off excess.
• Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top and batter is set, approx. 2–3 minutes. Flip pancakes and cook until golden brown on other side, approx. 2 minutes more. Serve warm.
• Makes 8 pancakes.
