    RECEVING INSTRUCTIONS

    • Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
    • Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

    PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

    Ingredients

    • 1 package cake mix (included)
    • 3 eggs, room temperature
    • 1 1/4 cup milk
    • 12 Tbs. (1 1/2 sticks/170g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled

    Directions

    • Position rack in lower third of oven and preheat to 350°F. Grease and flour 10-cup Bundt® pan or spray with baking spray, making certain to get butter into all crevices (a pastry brush works well for this).
    • Pour cake mix in bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment. In small bowl, using handheld whisk, whisk together eggs and milk and add to mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed until combined, approx. 30 seconds. Add melted butter and beat until blended and smooth, approx. 1 minute. Stop mixer and scrape down sides of
    • bowl, then beat on medium speed for 30 seconds more.
    • Pour batter in prepared pan and using rubber spatula, spread evenly. Bake until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean, approx. 50–55 minutes.
    • Transfer pan to wire rack and let cake cool in pan for 15 minutes. Invert pan onto rack and remove pan.
    • Let cake cool completely before serving.
