Receiving Instructions

• Mix and butter ship fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store mix at room temperature for up to 18 months.
• Store butter unopened at room temperature for up to 48 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 6 weeks.

Preparation Instructions

Ingredients

• Quick bread mix (included)
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted
• 2 eggs, room temperature
• 1 cup (250ml) whole milk 

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray 8" x 4" (10cm x 20cm) loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
• In medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs and milk until combined. Using rubber spatula, fold in quick bread mix until combined. Pour batter in prepared loaf pan and smooth top with spatula.
• Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approx. 55–60 minutes.
• Remove pan from oven and let quick bread cool for 20 minutes on wire rack.
• Using parchment paper, remove quick bread from pan and serve warm, or let it cool completely on rack.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk Quick Bread Mix

• Sugar, pumpkin powder (pumpkin, silicon dioxide), white rice flour, brown rice flour, semisweet chocolate chunks (semisweet chocolate [sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, dextrose], sunflower lecithin), potato starch, tapioca starch, oat flour, sweet rice flour, non-GMO yellow corn flour, ground cinnamon, baking soda, sea salt, organic gum blend (organic guar gum, organic locust bean gum), organic ginger root, organic ground cloves, organic ground nutmeg.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, sesame, soy, tree nuts (almonds, coconut, pecans, cashews).

Caramel Pumpkin Butter

• Pumpkin, cane sugar, brown sugar (sugar, cane syrups), lemon juice concentrate, caramel flavor, vanilla flavor, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, salt, citric acid.
• Contains dairy.
