Preparation Instructions

Ingredients

• Quick bread mix (included)
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted
• 2 eggs, room temperature
• 1 cup (250ml) water, room temperature

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray 8" x 4" (10cm x 20cm) loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
• In large bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs and water until combined. Using rubber spatula, fold in quick bread mix until just combined – do not overmix. Pour batter in prepared loaf pan and smooth top with spatula.
• Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approx. 55–60 minutes. Remove pan from oven and let quick bread cool for 15 minutes in pan on wire rack. Using parchment paper, remove quick bread from pan and serve warm, or let it cool completely on rack.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.

• All-purpose flour (bleached [or unbleached] wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cornstarch, sugar, semisweet chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin [emulsifier], natural vanilla extract, salt), pumpkin, salt, ground cinnamon, buttermilk (cultured sweet cream churned buttermilk, sweet dairy whey, lactic acid), baking soda, nutmeg, ground ginger.
