Receiving Instructions

• Quick bread mix and butter ship fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store mix unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.
• Store butter unopened for up to 48 months. Refrigerate after opening and store for up to 7 days.

Preparation Instructions

Ingredients

• Quick bread mix (included)
• Pecans (included)
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup (250ml) water, room temperature
• 2 eggs, room temperature

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour 8" x 4" (10cm x 20cm) loaf pan.
• In medium bowl, stir together quick bread mix, butter, water and eggs until combined. Add pecans and stir until evenly combined. Pour batter in prepared pan and spread evenly.
• Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approx. 55 minutes. Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes. Turn loaf out onto rack.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.

Spiced Pecan Pumpkin Quick Bread Mix

• Sugar, all-purpose flour (bleached [or unbleached] wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cornstarch, pumpkin, pecans, buttermilk (cultured blend of sweet cream churned buttermilk, sweet dairy whey, lactic acid), ground cinnamon, baking soda, salt, ground ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves.
• Contains wheat/gluten, dairy, tree nuts (pecans).
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts (pecans).

Spiced Pumpkin Butter

• Pumpkin, cane sugar, pecans, lemon juice concentrate, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, caramel flavor, salt, vanilla extract and citric acid.
• Contains dairy, nuts.
