• These wild-caught baby sardines are petite morsels of pure umami. Harvested from the Bay of Biscay off the Galician coast in Spain, each fish is gently steamed and deboned by hand, smoked over beech wood and packed in premium olive oil with a sliver of fresh lemon. The resulting delicacies have a rich, briny oceanic flavor with notes of aromatic woodsmoke and bright citrus. Serve the sardines as part of a tapas spread, pair them with grilled bread and alioli, or enjoy them straight from the tin.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Sardines ship fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature in cool, dark place for up to 36 months. Once opened, enjoy immediately.
