Receiving Instructions

• Tinned fish ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, remove tins from shipping container.
• Store unopened anchovies in refrigerator or at room temperature in cool, dry place for up to 6 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 2 weeks.
• Store unopened sardines in refrigerator or at room temperature in cool, dry place for up to 3 years. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 2 weeks.
