• Exceptionally tender and well marbled, these outstanding rib eyes come from Double R Ranch, a family-owned ranch in Washington State. The ranch pasture-raises and grain-finished its beef, ensuring consistently high quality and a tasty combination of texture, marbling and flavor. Each steak is expertly hand cut to a hearty 3/4" thickness, perfect for your favorite preparation.

Receiving Instructions

• The steaks are shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, refrigerate or freeze to enjoy at a later date. The steaks keep refrigerated, up to 5 days, unopened, or up to 3 months frozen. If frozen, remove the steaks from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator overnight. We recommend placing the steaks on a tray during thawing to catch any juices. For best quality, we do not recommend refreezing the steaks after they have been thawed.
