It's handcrafted by the artisans of Gwendolyn Rogers' award-winning Cake Bake Shop. One of the bakery's most popular items, the cake features French Valrhona chocolate cake, silky Callebaut Belgian chocolate ganache and fragrant Madagascar vanilla buttercream. Each layer is generously topped with salted caramel and all-butter shortbread cookies. The decadent dessert is finished with dark fudge frosting plus even more salted caramel and shortbread cookies. It arrives beautifully packaged in the bakery's signature pink box tied with silver satin ribbon.

Receiving Instructions

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping box. If cake will not be served within 24 hours of receipt, store in freezer for up to 3 months. If cake will be served within 24 hours of receipt, defrost in refrigerator overnight and keep for up to 4 days.

Preparation Instructions

• Cake is best enjoyed at room temperature. Remove plastic from cake while it is still frozen. Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Once thawed, remove from box and allow cake to come to room temperature, approx. 2–4 hours before serving.
• To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before every slice.
• Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 days.
