• The Cake Bake Shop's lemon bars are pure perfection in every bite, pairing a luscious homemade lemon curd custard with a tender, rich European all-butter shortbread crust. Expert bakers use more than 40 lemons per batch, each hand squeezed and zested, to create a custard bursting with the bright tang of citrus. After baking, the bars are hand cut into squares and dusted with confectioners' sugar and edible glitter. Perfect for parties, the lemon bars arrive in a pink box tied with silk ribbon.

Receiving Instructions

• Lemon bars are shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove from shipping box and store in freezer for up to 1 month, or defrost in refrigerator overnight and keep for up to 2 days.

Preparation Instructions

• Lemon bars are best enjoyed at room temperature.
• Store leftover bars in airtight container in refrigerator, where they will keep for up to 2 days.

• Crust: Butter, white sugar, all-purpose flour, salt.
• Filling: Eggs, white sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, all-purpose flour.
• Topping: Powdered sugar, edible glitter (titanium dioxide, mica, E172).
• Contains wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, soy.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, tree nuts, shellfish, mustard.
