Stuffed Mushrooms

Holiday party prep is quick and easy with our ready-to-bake stuffed mushrooms. Rich and savory, they feature generously sized mushroom caps filled with a flavorful blend of creamy goat cheese, tangy cheddar, herbs and a kick of cayenne. The appetizers are topped with panko breadcrumbs for a crunchy finish. Just bake until golden brown, serve and enjoy.

Receiving Instructions

• Mushrooms ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipping. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in freezer for up to 1 year. Once opened, enjoy within 10 days.

Serving Instructions

• Keep frozen until ready to cook.
• Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove mushrooms from freezer and place on greased baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until centers are warm.

• Mushrooms, goat cheese (pasteurized goat's milk, powdered cellulose [anti-caking agent], salt, cheese cultures, microbial rennet), onions, white cheddar (sharp white cheddar cheese [pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes], potato starch [anti-caking agent], cornstarch [anti-caking agent], powdered cellulose [anti-caking agent]), blended oil (canola oil, extra-virgin olive oil), panko (bleached wheat flour, cane sugar, yeast, salt), garlic, unsalted butter (cream, natural flavorings), salt, dried parsley, dried rosemary, dried thyme, sage, cayenne pepper.
