WHY WE LOVE IT

• We partnered with Jane's Sweet Things to make these ready-to-bake logs of buttery shortbread dough. Great for Halloween parties and a fun project to do with junior bakers, the logs arrive frozen and require no prep or cleanup – just slice off as much as you need, bake and serve.
• Swirled Rounds: Made with real vanilla bean, this rich dough is rolled in sparkling sanding sugar for a fine crunch and subtle sweetness.
• Striped: Creates black-and-orange squares made with cocoa and vanilla.
• Candy Corn: Cut this striped rectangular log into triangles to make cookies that look like classic Halloween candy.

• Set of 3 logs includes vanilla-and-orange swirled round, black-and-orange striped square and candy-corn triangle.
• Each log makes 18–24 cookies.
• Shipped chilled.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Cookie dough ships chilled with ice/gel packs.
• Upon receipt, store in refrigerator for up to 7 days or in freezer for up to 3 months. Once opened, rewrap leftover dough and return to freezer or refrigerator.

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS

• If frozen, remove cookie dough from freezer and allow it to soften for a few minutes before slicing.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Line baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease pans to prevent cookies from sticking.
• Slice cookies 1/4" thick.
• Slice only as many cookies as you wish to bake.
• Unbaked dough can be rewrapped and returned to freezer or refrigerator to bake later.
• Place cookies on prepared pans, leaving 1" between them.
• Place in preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes.
• Check cookies at 12 minutes, as baking times can vary depending on oven and thickness of cookies.
• Edges should be lightly browned.
• Allow to cool before serving.
