• Black Burgundy Truffles: Foraged in the forests of France and Italy, these autumn truffles are prized for their mild flavor and delicate aroma, which is reminiscent of hazelnuts. Enjoy them thinly shaved over egg dishes, pasta, potatoes and risotto. (1–2 truffles; 2 oz. total)
• Moliterno with Black Truffle: A classic from Sardinia, this raw sheep's milk pecorino is infused with black truffle paste, rubbed with oil and vinegar, and aged until the rich truffle flavor fully permeates the cheese. (8 oz.)
• Caprino Cremoso al Tartufo: Crafted in the town of Morozzo in the Piedmont region of Italy, this delicate cheese is made from a blend of pasteurized cow's milk and goat's milk that's enhanced with local truffles. (2 rounds; 8 oz. total)
• Salami al Tartufo: A Central California chef makes this traditional salami with humanely raised pork, black summer truffles, white truffle oil, and wine from Italy and Paso Robles. (6 oz.)
• Black Truffle Salt: Pungent and earthy, this salt adds delicious depth to pasta, risotto, eggs, meat and seafood. It's also delicious sprinkled on popcorn and French fries. (3.5 oz.)
• Black Truffle Honey: Premium golden honey is infused with finely sliced black truffles for a savory-sweet complement to cheese, bread and appetizers. It also makes a great addition to marinades and glazes. (4.23 oz.)

Receiving Instructions

• Truffles ship chilled with gel packs. Upon receipt, wrap truffles individually in dry paper towels and store in airtight container or bag in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Keep truffles dry, as moisture causes them to deteriorate. For best results, enjoy within 48 hours of receipt.
• Cheese ships chilled with gel packs. Upon receipt, store cheese in refrigerator for up to 14 days. It is best stored in vegetable bin or container away from refrigerator fan.
• Salami ships chilled with gel packs. Upon receipt, store in refrigerator for up to 14 days.
• Store salt at room temperature for up to 60 days.
• Store honey at room temperature for up to 3 years.

Serving Instructions

• Truffles are best served at room temperature. Remove from refrigerator 2 hours prior to serving. Shave them onto a prepared dish with a truffle shaver, mandoline or grater immediately before serving. Warming or cooking truffles enhances their flavor.
• Cheese is best served at room temperature. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to serving. Wrap any leftovers in parchment paper or waxed paper and store in refrigerator. Plastic wrap is not recommended.
• Salami is best served at room temperature. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to serving.
