• Alpha Tolman Cheese: A firm alpine-style cheese similar to Appenzeller, this variety is made with raw cow's milk and aged 8–12 months to produce its savory aroma and rich, buttery flavor. (6 oz.)
• Bayley Hazen Blue Cheese: Jasper Hill Farm's flagship cheese, this is a creamy, mildly sweet and salty blue made from raw cow's milk. (8 oz.)
• Little Hosmer Cheese: Beneath the thin, bloomy rind of this award-winning cow's milk cheese lies a gooey, creamy core with notes of cauliflower, mushroom and toasted nuts – qualities that have earned it a cult following. (4 oz.)
• Willoughby Cheese: Creamy, buttery and complex, this rich cow's milk cheese is distinguished by a gooey texture, earthy flavors and a tender washed rind. (8 oz.)
• Brewer's Sea Salt Flatbread Crackers: Crisp flatbread crackers are made with spent brewer's grains and a light dusting of sea salt. (4 oz.)

Receiving Instructions

• Cheese ships chilled with gel/ice packs.
• Upon receipt, store unopened cheese in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Once opened, enjoy within 1 week.
• Store unopened crackers and preserves at room temperature. Once opened, store preserves in refrigerator.

Serving Suggestions

• To experience full flavor of cheese, serve at room temperature. For optimal flavor and texture, remove cheese from refrigerator approx. 1 hour prior to serving. We recommend leaving cheese in packaging as it comes to room temperature to prevent oxidation, which may affect flavor.
• Cut and set out only as much cheese as you plan to serve, returning unused amount to refrigerator.
• Cover leftover cheese in parchment paper or waxed paper and store in refrigerator. We do not recommend using plastic wrap.

• Blake Hill Preserves Spiced Plum with Port: Fruit (plums, raisins), brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, port, spices, sea salt, fruit pectin.
