RECEVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients

• 1 cup pancake mix (included)
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted (or oil)

Directions

• Whisk together milk, egg and butter (or oil) in medium bowl. Add 1 cup of mix and blend. Do not overmix – a few lumps are fine. If batter is too thick, add additional 1 tsp. of milk at a time until desired consistency is reached.
• Preheat skillet to medium high. Grease lightly with unsalted butter. When water droplets dance on skillet, it is ready.
• Ladle approx. 1/4 cup of batter onto skillet. When bubbles appear on top of pancakes, flip them and cook until other side is done.

• Unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), chocolate chips (chocolate, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin), granulated sugar, cocoa powder (processed with alkali), buttermilk (buttermilk solids, whey solids), aluminum-free baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), sea salt, creamy vanilla (dextrose, natural flavor), bicarbonate of soda.
• Contains dairy, wheat/gluten.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, peanuts, wheat/gluten, soy, sesame, tree nuts (pecans).
