The bakery's authentic butter croissants arrive frozen, so you can make them whenever you want and savor them warm from the oven. They're paired with premium French butter and Le Marais' signature seasonal jam.
- Le Marais Au Beurre Croissants (10): These authentic French croissants are hand made with buttery 12-layer dough that creates a flaky, golden crust and a silky-soft interior. Bakers use two types of butter – French Isigny and Vermont Plugrá – to strike the perfect balance between cultured and sweet. (2 lb. 6 oz. total)
- Isigny Butter: This exquisite butter comes from the Normandy region of France, where it has been produced since the 16th century. The cows graze on the rich local grass, which infuses their milk with a golden hue and complex flavor. (4.4 oz.)
- Seasonal Fruit Jam: Le Marais makes its own jams in-house, using local produce that is fresh and in season. This collection will include a jar of either berry jam or citrus marmalade, depending on what's in the larder when you order. (6 oz.)

Receiving Instructions
- Croissants ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon receipt, remove croissants from shipping container and place in freezer, where they will keep for up to 90 days.
- Store unopened butter in refrigerator for up to 30 days past printed date. After opening, keep for up to 2 weeks past printed date.
- Store jam at room temperature until opened. After opening, store in refrigerator for up to 35 days.
Preparation Instructions
- Place frozen croissants on parchment-lined baking sheet and let thaw for 8 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Make egg wash by stirring 1 egg with 1 tsp. water. Lightly brush egg wash over croissants.
- Bake until golden brown, approx. 17–20 minutes.
- Le Marais Au Beurre Croissants: All-purpose flour, butter, starter, high-gluten flour, milk, sugar, salt, yeast (osmo), malt.
- Isigny Butter: Milk cream, lactic ferments.
- Seasonal Fruit Jam: Seasonal fruit, sugar, lemon.
- Contains wheat/gluten, dairy.
- This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with peanuts, soy, tree nuts.
