Preparation Instructions

Pancake Ingredients

• 1 cup Golden Malted Pancake & Waffle Mix
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup whole milk or buttermilk
• 1 Tbs. butter, melted

Pancake Instructions

• Preheat griddle to 350°F.
• Beat egg and milk or buttermilk together. Add mix and stir until well-combined. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly.
• Ladle onto griddle. Flip pancakes when air bubbles begin to pop. Remove when cooked on both sides.

Waffle Ingredients

• 1 cup Golden Malted Pancake & Waffle Mix
• 1 egg
• 5 oz. water
• 2 Tbs. butter, melted

Waffle Instructions

• Preheat waffle maker.
• Beat egg and water together. Add mix and stir until well-combined. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly.
• Ladle onto waffle maker. Use tongs to remove waffles when they turn golden brown.

• Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), corn flour, leavening (baking soda, monocalcium phosphate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), malt powder, salt, sugar, buttermilk, artificial flavor.
