Ingredients

• 1 cup (140g) Williams Sonoma Flappin' Jack Pancake Mix
• 1 egg
• 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
• 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

• In large bowl, whisk together mix, egg, butter and milk until batter is almost smooth. Do not overmix.
• Preheat griddle to medium high. Lightly grease with vegetable oil or nonstick cooking spray. Wipe off excess.
• Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto griddle. Cook until bubbles form on top and batter is set, approx. 2–3 minutes. Flip pancakes and cook until golden brown on other side, approx. 2 minutes more. Serve warm.
• Makes 6 pancakes.
