Receiving Instructions

• Components ship fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened relish at room temperature for up to 48 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 6 weeks.
• Store unopened gravy base at room temperature for up to 12 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 7 days.
• Store unopened stuffing mix at room temperature for up to 15 months. Once opened, store at room temperature in airtight container and enjoy within 3 weeks.

Preparation Instructions

Turkey Gravy Base

Ingredients

• 1 part gravy base (included)
• 1 part milk

Directions

• Product may separate. Shake well before using.
• In saucepan over medium-high heat, combine gravy base and milk.
• Whisk until mixture comes to a simmer. If desired, whisk in homemade stock, pan drippings or dry sherry to taste.
• Serve warm.

Focaccia Stuffing Mix

Ingredients

• Stuffing mix (included)
• 1 1/3 cup onion, coarsely chopped
• 1 1/3 cup celery, coarsely chopped
• 6 oz. (1 1/2) sticks butter
• 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
• Salt
• Pepper

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter 9" x 13" (23cm x 33cm) baking dish.
• In large sauté pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and celery. Sauté until they start to soften. Add chicken broth and heat until warm.
• Pour mixture into large bowl. Add stuffing mix and stir until well-combined. Let rest until liquid is absorbed and stuffing cubes are moist, approx. 10–15 minutes. For a softer texture, add more broth.
• Add salt and pepper to taste.
• If desired, add sautéed mushrooms, cooked sausage, cooked wild rice, apples, dried cranberries, prunes or walnuts.
• Transfer stuffing mixture to prepared baking dish. Bake for 30–40 minutes.
• Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Cranberry Relish

• Cranberries, cane sugar, cranberry juice concentrate, apples, orange peel, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice concentrate, cinnamon, cloves.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, fish (anchovies), sesame, soy, wheat/gluten, mustard.

Turkey Gravy Base

• Water, cornstarch, turkey gravy base (turkey stock, flavor, turkey fat, sunflower oil), turkey fat, salt, caramel color, lactic acid (acidifier).
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, fish (anchovies), sesame, soy, tree nuts (coconut), wheat/gluten, mustard.

Focaccia Stuffing Mix

• Organic white wheat flour, organic sunflower oil, organic extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt, organic cider vinegar, fresh yeast, organic thyme, organic rosemary, organic sage, organic oregano, organic parsley, organic rosemary extract (organic sunflower oil, organic rosemary).
• Contains wheat/gluten.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts (walnuts), wheat/gluten.
