Our organic stock concentrate is prepared from pasture-raised beef, meaty beef bones, aromatic vegetables and seasonings, and gently simmered to capture all of the pure, hearty flavors. Combine with water to make one gallon of rich stock, or prepare smaller quantities as needed.

Receiving Instructions

• Store unopened at room temperature for up to 24 months. Refrigerate after opening and use within 6 months.

Preparation Instructions

• For 1 cup stock: Combine 2 tsp. concentrate with 1 cup water.
• For 1 quart stock: Combine 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. concentrate with 1 quart water.

• Organic grass-fed beef stock concentrate, sea salt, organic maltodextrin, water, organic beef fat, organic tomato paste, organic carrot juice concentrate, organic celery juice concentrate, organic caramel color, organic tapioca starch, organic onion juice concentrate, organic soy lecithin (emulsifier), organic rosemary extract, natural flavor.
