• Adobo My Way Rub: Capturing the richness of classic adobo paste, this aromatic mix of spices, smoked paprika, chile peppers and garlic delivers savory depth and a hint of heat. (3 oz./85g)
• Mole My Way Rub: Inspired by the savory-sweet complexity of slow-cooked mole sauce, this blend features chile pepper heat balanced by herbs, spices, fruit, cocoa and a hint of brown sugar. (3 oz./85g)

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Rubs ship fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store at room temperature for up to 18 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Drizzle oil over chicken pieces and sprinkle liberally with rub.
• Let chicken stand uncovered for 30 minutes, then cook as desired.
• Garnish with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime, if desired, and serve.
• Also great with steak, pork, tofu or vegetables.
• We recommend 2–3 Tbs. of rub per 1 lb. (500g) of protein or vegetables.

• Adobo My Way Rub: Spices (cumin, mustard, fennel, oregano, coriander), salt, smoked paprika (color, flavor), chile pepper, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, 2% or less of silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, sesame, tree nuts (almonds, pecans, coconut), mustard.
• Mole My Way Rub: Chile pepper, salt, dehydrated brown sugar, cornmeal, caramelized sugar powder, dehydrated vegetables (tomato, garlic, onion), organic raisin powder (raisin, rice flour, sunflower lecithin), apricot powder (apricot, maltodextrin, cornstarch, sunflower lecithin), spices (black pepper, cumin, fennel, oregano, cinnamon, cloves), banana powder, red wine vinegar (maltodextrin, red wine vinegar), cocoa (processed with alkali), 2% or less of silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, sesame, tree nuts (almonds, pecans, coconut), mustard.
