Preparation Instructions

• 1 package quick bread mix
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup (250 ml) milk
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125 g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Generously butter 4-by-8-inch (10-by-20-cm) loaf pan.

In a bowl, whisk together the quick bread mix, eggs and milk until well combined. Whisking constantly, slowly add the melted butter, whisking just until incorporated. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (50 to 55 minutes). Transfer the pan to a wire rack and let cool for 30 minutes, then turn the loaf out onto the rack. Let cool completely before serving.

Serves 10 to 12.
