RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients

• 1 packet quick bread mix (included)
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup (250ml) whole milk
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
• Generously butter and flour 8" x 4" (10cm x 20cm) loaf pan.
• In large bowl, combine quick bread mix, eggs and milk, whisking constantly. Slowly add melted butter, whisking until just incorporated.
• Pour batter in prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 55–60 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 30 minutes, then turn loaf out onto rack.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.
